iMovie - Getting Started

In iMovie you can collect and watch any video. The video clips are organized by dates as events. You can find certain parts in the movie by taking your mouse over the clip from that film. With the themes tool, marked as a T symbol, you can add a theme to your video from a variety of pre-made themes in iMovie.

Photoshop Editing

During our photoshop editing unit we have learned how to use many different filters and tools. One of the filters that i thought was interesting was the saturation tool. Here is an example of it used on one of my photos.

Another unique tool we learned how to use in photoshop was the clone stamp tool. The clone stamp tool takes pixels from a certain area and stamp them onto a different area. You can use the tool to remove objects or people from a photo. Here is and example. 

 

iPhoto Sharing/ Slideshow

Link to My Slide Show -Today in iPhoto we learned that by selecting all the photos in your library and pressing the slideshow button will create a slideshow for you. You can then edit things in your slide show such as music, themes, and how fast your pictures will rotate.

Welcome to my Multimedia blog. For our first unit we will be learning about organizing and editing photos in different programs. The iPhoto video tutorials have taught me that there are other video tutorial links in iPhoto located on the right hand side. You can also create new photo libraries or use previous libraries. You can import your photos from the file tab them the import to library option.
